RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointments can be booked online up 12 hours prior to appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time. You may cancel online, direct email to owner, Jennifer Yamaguchi @jen.moonmountain@mail.com, or call 831-461-4334. If the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment you will be charged 50% of missed treatment.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled treatment for intake of clients needs. This allows the therapist to assist the clients needs properly.

FACILITIES:

Moon Mountain Massage Therapy is located on the bottom floor suite 3. There are two levels of convenient parking. Moon Mountain is the first door on the left inside suite. There are two bathrooms accessible from inside suite 3 with no key requirements.
